The physical well-being and safety of our customer, clients, trade-partners, and employees are top priority. It’s vital that we do our part in reducing the transmission of this virus (COVID-19). With that said: we have a job to do and we need to be productive in our workdays in a diligent manner as your property needs restoration and mitigation services performed.

Here is what to expect from us and our trade-partners on the job sites and within our office spaces:

Social distancing practices
- No handshaking and safe distance with interactions

- ie. frequent handwashing with soap and water / sanitizer
No person is known to have the virus that will be on your job site
Quarantine procedures for staff have been outlined if the need arises
Electronic signatures for legal agreements versus paper documents – when possible
Management of Phoenix is closely monitoring the situation and giving updates to our staff as federal and local recommendations/mandates warrant.
Management of Phoenix understands this is a fluid situation and will change protocol as the need arises.
