Investigate cause of loss, origin, category of water to determine next steps in the process.
Recovery, demo and cleaning for drywall, carpet, flooring, woodwork, trim and moldings, doors, removing windows, removing hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets.
Apply knowledge of Phoenix products and services to efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Lead and train new employees.
Communicate with team and customers daily on projects and processes.
