Since Phoenix’s primary line-of-business is ‘Insurance Restoration’, then it makes sense to state that most of our current workload is involved with the restoration of properties that have been damaged by fire, water, weather, and various other ‘accidental’ causes of property damage.

In researching the words ‘restore’, and ‘restoration’, if you look into the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary, you find the following definitions:

In all of these cases, to restore, or the act or restoration, reflects an action of bringing back to a former condition or use, or to put something into its former or original state, or an improved condition.

Of course, the legend of the Phoenix Bird has represented this process of restoration for centuries;

After the phoenix was consumed by fire, a bird rose from the ashes, renewed.

For these defined purposes, Phoenix Renovation & Restoration, Inc. was founded.
