Effective April 22, 2010, the Federal Government, EPA is requiring contractors who will be doing renovation work on houses that were built prior to 1978, to be Certified Lead Paint Renovators. Phoenix has applied for this certification, and the company owners and Associates have all received the EPA Certified Lead Paint Renovator Certifications as of the end of February, 2010. If your home or property was built before 1978 and we are going to do work which involves disturbing painted areas, then we may be concerned with lead paint in your home. You will be provided with a copy of this brochure if your house was built before 1978, and we will ask you to sign an affidavit that you have received the form.
