Phoenix Renovation & Restoration currently has five NARI Certified Remodelers (CR), on staff to help ensure that all proper processes and codes are used when performing any restoration, renovation, or remodeling projects. It is important that industry standards are followed during this work to ensure that homes are built using nationally and internationally accepted processes.
To assist in adherence to these standard, Phoenix annually subscribes to building codes publications, and when specific questions aren’t answered by building codes, Phoenix refers to the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Residential Construction Performance Guidelines handbook.
Phoenix is extremely concerned about lead paint existing in older homes, and has historically complied with all requirements when dealing with properties built before 1978, that may have lead paint. With the new EPA regulations, Phoenix is more determined than ever to properly handle and renovate lead paint properly, and the EPA Certified Lead-Pain Renovator certification provides assurance to the property owners that Phoenix is qualified and follows the mandated procedures when dealing with lead paint.
