Occupational or Business Licenses
Occupational Licenses are required in most cities and/or counties in which we do business. These licenses are updated on an annual basis when we are actively involved in construction projects in these areas.  If we are not active in an area, these licenses may lapse for a period of time until work is scheduled again.
Phoenix is required to maintain licenses in most cities and counties in which we perform renovation and restoration services. Copies of these licenses are available for review in our business office. 
These licenses are required before a ‘work permit’ can be acquired for any construction jobs. Phoenix is required to ‘pull’ the normal construction permits for all work being performed. Additional work permits are sometimes required when specialized work is being done during the project, like plumbing, electrical, etc.

Contractor Licenses
 Some cities and counties require additional Contractor Licenses or specific ‘trade’ licenses in their area. Phoenix acquires these licenses where they are required, and our in-house plumber is required to have a separate ‘trade’ license in some cities.
